2013: Closed the year with a fourth place finish at the Developmental Series Final Samsung Tournament to earn fully exempt status for the 2014 season of PGA TOUR Latinoamérica. Held that event’s lead for the first three rounds, but carded a 72 on the final day to slip behind at the CC La Planicie in Lima, Peru… Finished the PGA TOUR Latinoamérica season ranked No. 92 in the Order of Merit to lose his card. Made five cuts in 11 starts and collated two top 25 finishes: T17 at the Roberto De Vicenzo Invitational Copa NEC in April and T22 at the Mundo Maya Open in May. Earned his PGA TOUR Latinoamérica card with a T38 finish at the Qualifying Tournament played in Lima, Peru in February… Won five tournaments on the Venezuelan Tour, including the X Abierto Sambil, a Developmental Series event played in November. Finished the Venezuelan Tour season as the No. 1 player for the third consecutive year and for the fourth time in his career.
2012: Finished the PGA TOUR Latinoamérica season ranked No. 91 in the Order of Merit to drop his Tour card. Made the cut in three of his eight starts, with a T17 finish at the Puerto Rico Classic as his only top 25… Earned his PGA TOUR Latinoamérica in June by finishing the Tour de las Americas’ abbreviated final season ranked No. 16 in the Order of Merit… Finished at the Venezuelan Tour’s No. 1 player for the second year in a row and for the third time in his career.
